Come and 'Rock the Guac' at Pradera with Chef Thatcher.

Learn knife skills with tomatoes, onions and cilantro - juice fresh limes - and make your own batch of guac for the 'Guac Off'

Each participant will make their own batch of fresh guacamole and everybody will take part in a blind taste test of all of them!

Then pile it on to your street tacos and enjoy a communal dinner with everyone!

Specialty Margaritas will be available to add to the fun!
