With patience and persistence, anyone can achieve realistic goals, including high self-esteem, confidence, and the body you desire. I strive to create a personal relationship with all my clients. I'm here to provide encouragement, confidence, motivation, and strength to help you reach your fitness goals!

Fitness Director: Brandyn Bennett

Brandyn is an expert certified personal trainer, former collegiate athlete and a father of 3 children. He holds numerous certifications such as Corrective Exercise, Sports Performance, Golf Fitness, Stretching and Flexibility, Health Coaching and Group Fitness. His goal is to utilize his experience and knowledge to help clients create a practice that is sustainable and purposeful to them and their lifestyle. Rooted in science, Brandyn's no nonsense approach to fitness has contributed to 17 successful years in the fitness industry, working with a wide range of clients from children to professional athletes at all ages, with varied health and lifestyle implications. When he's not in the gym, you can find him on the golf course, exploring the outdoors, searching for new fly fishing spots, or harboring healthy creativity in the kitchen.

Fitness Asssitant: Rosita Juskeviciene

Rosita is a knowledgeable fitness professional who is passionate about helping people of all fitness levels. Rosita has learned about advantages and rewards of core, stability and mobility, strength, weight loss and corrective exercises. Those experiences have driven her to work as a personal trainer. Overcoming a significant injury and her own weaknesses has given her a passion and strength to help individuals strive to exceed their personal goals and live healthy and a “pain free” lifestyle.

In her 10 years as a personal trainer, Rosita realized that there is no other better feeling in life then inspiring people to engaging in healthier and balanced lifestyles.  Rosita has her MS in Sports Physiology and her BS in Public Health.  She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and Fitness Factory Gym Trainer LVL1, LVL2, LVL3.
