Sunrise Warriors is every Tuesday from 5:30am to 6:30am. A slow flow class to get you ready for your day. This carefully sequenced class builds strong and flexible muscle while cueing safe alignment. Balancing strength with ease, slower paced movement linked with breath. It's a perfect class for the athletic, yogi, or beginner.
