Bring your loved one up to the club for a romatic dinner and celebrate the night away.  The Grill  will be also hosting a lovely Wine and Cocktail menu to add on to your dinner.

Butter Poached Lobster (GF)

Fennel beurre blanc, lemon verbena, orange & scallion marmalade   


2nd Course

Humboldt Fog & Parsnip (GF)

Petite greens, pink peppercorn & white balsamic vinaigrette, salame calabrese


3rd Course

Chickenᵌ (GF)

Confit leg, crispy skin, roasted breast, toasted lemon polenta, thyme jus reduction, “succotash”  


4th Course

Beef Short Ribs (GF)

Buttery potatoes, Brussels sprout hash, frond salad, duel tomato gastrique

Red Velvet White Chocolate Tort

white chocolate shards, red velvet soil, dark chocolate ice cream
