Nine & Wine - a perfect evening of 9 holes, and wine pairings on every other hole.

Grab your commemorative wine tumbler filled with Bubbly at the welcome station, and rinse and refill with a variety of wines during your round.

Each pairing station will be hosted by a different department from the Pradera Staff. (Management - Membership - Golf - Member Relations)

Enjoy dessert, an amazing Pradera sunset, and a custom caricature back at the clubhouse afterward.

Welcome Station:

Bubbly ? Herbed Goat Cheese and Prosciutto Crostini

               & Truffled Popcorn

Station 1:

Sauvignon Blanc ? Salmon Salad

               Baby Arugula dressed with a Lemon Vinaigrette topped with Smoked Salmon, Dill, Red Onion, Capers and Hard-Boiled Egg

Station 2:

Chardonnay ? Fried Chicken

               Old Bay Fried Chicken Thighs over Roasted Corn, Black Bean and Tomato Relish with an Avocado Drizzle

Station 3:

Pinot Noir ? Asparagus

               Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Asparagus over a Marinated Mushroom Salad

Station 4:

Cab or Shiraz ? The entrée

               Seared Steak served with White Cheddar Mac and Cheese with Chimichurri Drizzle

When you finish your round, join us back at the clubhouse - in the ballroom & ballroom patio, for dessert (Truffles) and get a golf-themed caricature drawn of you and your partner.
