Dual Chef Dinner: Surf and Turf

Join us for an unforgettable evening of culinary artistry as The Club at Pradera and The Pinery Country Club come together for Surf and Turf, an exclusive 5-course dining experience. Chefs from both clubs will collaborate to create a menu that becomes a journey through land and sea, with each course exploring a new pairing, technique, or contrast.

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a hand-selected wine, chosen to complement and enhance the flavors of the evening. Please note: This event will take place @ The Pinery!

To ensure the highest quality and allow our chefs to focus on the integrity of each dish, menu substitutions or modifications will NOT be available. This allows our culinary teams to deliver their most inspired and intentional work.

This one-night-only event will be held at The Pinery in the Vintage Dining Room on Sunday, March 8th at 5:00 PM. Seating is limited to 16 people per club, making this an intimate and elevated dining experience you won?t want to miss.
