Seared Bay Scallop, Arugula Salad with a Lemon Vinaigrette, Topped with a Pineapple salsa and Toasted Macadamia nuts, Drizzled with Red Chili Oil.
Second Course
Potted Pig
Slow Roasted Pork Butt, seasoned and cured in bacon fat, served with Grilled Baguette points, and a lemon Black Olive Tapenade.
Third Course
Lamb Lollipop
Seared Lamb Chop, served over a Citrus Cherve Yogurt sauce, paired with Grilled heirloom Carrots, and topped with pomegranate seeds.
Fourth Course
Filet Mignon
Seared Filet Mignon, on creamy parsnip puree, topped with a burnt lemon Bordelaise, Sautéed Maitake Mushrooms and Caramelized Onions, Paired with Garlic Herbed Broccolini.
