Yoga for all members, regardless of ability, can learn a practice that helps bring them to better health and ftiness. This class is accessible to a wide variety of students of all fitness levels and ages. Specific modifications will be given using yoga blocks, straps, and chairs so that everyone can participate and experience the poses. This class is a great stratting point for those students who need to start slowly for a variety of reasons.
