Chris Dudley: Personal Trainer
My name is Chris Dudley and I'm excited to be part of the Pradera Team. I'm a Colorado native and have lived here most of my life except for the 10 years that I was in the United States Navy Submarine Force. My passions include coaching and competing in CrossFit, leading and sharing a healthy lifestyle and enjoying the amazing outdoor activities that our great state offers. I am an avid Broncos fan as well and never miss a game with my 12 year old daughter, Grace! I hold several CrossFit licensed personal training certifications and I'm a Nationally Registered EMT. Whether you are considering starting down a path of physical fitness or are already active and just have some questions, please don't hesitate to contact me and I would be more than happy to give you any advice that I may have. Additionally, if there are any fitness programs that you would like to see implemented, please let me know and we will do our best to get them going for you!
Heather Sanchez: Fitness Director
I have been the Fitness Director and part of The Pinery Country Club's team since the opening of the fitness center in 2006. Fitness and athletics have been a passion of mine my entire life. I grew up as a dancer and gymnast. I am a native of Colorado, a Colorado State University Ram and love living in the town of Parker. I enjoy hiking and camping with my husband and little girl.
I am certified as a Personal Trainer, Group Instructor and Behavior Change Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am trained in Practical Pilates through The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and am a certified Zumba instructor. My specialties are core development, strength conditioning, interval training, pre/post rehabilitation training, dance and weight management and reduction. My goal as a personal trainer is to motivate, inspire, and educate others about the benefits of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle.
Health and fitness is more than just your appearance; exercising makes us feel better and live healthier. With patience and persistence, anyone can achieve realistic goals, including high self-esteem, confidence, and the body you desire. I strive to create a personal relationship with all my clients. I'm here to provide encouragement, confidence, motivation, and strength to help you reach your fitness goals!
Zach Vinton: Personal Trainer
Zach Vinton is a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver where he received a B.S. in Music Entertainment Industry Studies. In addition, he was awarded with a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in August of 2016. He began his journey into the fitness world in high school while competing in varsity tennis and lacrosse. From there he was first introduced to the weight room and how to perform basic movements like squats, deadlifts, and the bench press.
It wasn’t until after high school that he realized he had acquired a passion for fitness so he began working at the Pinery Country Club fitness center so that he could surround himself with as well as learn from fitness enthusiasts as well as professionals. Zach decided to take his training and nutrition seriously in the hopes of losing weight and gaining muscle. In the next few years and after a large amount of research, workout routines and diets, he managed to lose 60 lbs. and has been actively gaining muscle, pursuing strength, and working towards overall health and longevity ever since.
