Chris Levi: Personal Trainer
My road to fitness began Jan 14, 2000, when I tore my MCL in a high school basketball game (tore the ACL in 2008). Little did I know, but that night put me on a journey that has led me to where I am now. In 2003, I had decided that I wanted to put on weight. I had taken a weight lifting class in college and actually learned a lot more than I had expected. I decided it was time to put what I learned to the test. At that time I weighed 148 lbs, merely 3 lbs heavier than what I was when I graduated high school. With the knowledge I had gained through school and the tips I received from a couple of guys who had done bodybuilding in the past (I knew them from church), I was able to increase my weight to 174 lbs., my chest size increased from 37" to 44", my neck size went from 16" to 17 1/2", and both arms jumped from 14" to 17", all by the summer of 2005.
My passion from a young age has always been basketball. Later, to add to that, I fell in love with track and most recently, sand & grass doubles volleyball. I began playing basketball at the age of 6; running track and cross-country at the age of 9. I worked really hard at becoming a better athlete. Fortunately, I had someone to teach me how and show me what steps to take to get there. That someone was my dad. My passion for both sports expanded greatly, driving me to achieve my goals and even supersede my own expectations. Through my passion for basketball, I've been able to travel to Europe (Germany, France, and Czech Republic) and Maui to help run basketball camps and play against top level teams in their respective countries. I was even able to check off a bucket list item by stepping on the court with players who play at the NBA level. Now, I get the opportunity to coach a great group of guys and share my passion for basketball as well as fitness.
In 2013, I made a career change and decided to attend National Personal Training Institute in Lakewood, CO where I was able to get an in-depth look at how to train every unique individual, targeting their specific goals. With my NASM certification, I've been able to develop an eye for sports performance, assist in goal setting, perform assessments, and correct issues an individual may have. As a personal trainer, what drives me is the ability to empower another person to overcome an obstacle that they never believed they could. This enlightenment transcends far beyond the gym, as life places obstacles in front of us daily. Through innovative program design and an infectious passion for health and fitness, I strive to provide my clients the capacity to exceed their individual goals both inside and outside of the gym.

Zach Vinton: Personal Trainer
Zach Vinton is a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver where he received a B.S. in Music Entertainment Industry Studies. In addition, he was awarded with a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in August of 2016. He began his journey into the fitness world in high school while competing in varsity tennis and lacrosse. From there he was first introduced to the weight room and how to perform basic movements like squats, deadlifts, and the bench press.
It wasn’t until after high school that he realized he had acquired a passion for fitness so he began working at the Pinery Country Club fitness center so that he could surround himself with as well as learn from fitness enthusiasts as well as professionals. Zach decided to take his training and nutrition seriously in the hopes of losing weight and gaining muscle. In the next few years and after a large amount of research, workout routines and diets, he managed to lose 60 lbs. and has been actively gaining muscle, pursuing strength, and working towards overall health and longevity ever since.
