Vinyasa yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. The variable nature of Vinyasa yoga develops a more balanced body and helps prevent repetitive motion injuries that occur when you repeat certain motions every day. As a philosophy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things. We enter a posture, remain there for awhile and then leave. Vinyasa is a breath-initiated practice that connects every action of our life with the intention of moving towards what is sacred or most important to us.
