Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga develops a more balanced body and helps prevent repetitive motion injuries that occur when you repeat certain moves everyday. As a philosphy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things. We enter a posture, remain there for a while and then leave. Vinyasa is a breath-initiated practice that connects every action of our life with the intention of moving towards what is sacred or most important to us.
