A playful pairing of Italian Wines with Non-Traditional Food pairings. Having Spaghetti grab a bottle of chianti, Right? Well not tonight; this evening will be about exploring Italian wine varietals and what you can pair them with besides traditional Italian dishes. Featuring Old World varietals and New world food. Small bites prepared by Chef Danny and the culinary team at Pradera. Wine pairings in coordination with F&B Manager Erik and Grand Vin Wine Specialist Neil Rhein.
